What a great reminder! I often get caught up in trying to make changes and then when I can't morph something into a new habit, I think I've failed.
We, too, tried the coffee experiment. It is nice when I just have to hit 'brew', but we are so wiped out at the end of the day that setting the coffee maker up often doesn't happen. Brewing the coffee fits into my morning routine so it's OK to leave it for the morning. I have always been a morning person.
I am going to experiment with the morning stretches while the coffee brews. My routine is feed/medicate the cats (must be done first or ELSE!), brew the coffee, unload/load the dishwasher (if necessary). My neck and shoulders could use the extra stretching.

I'm so glad these are helpful!! I'd like to add a short walk outside while the coffee brews and after stretching. I'll see what I can do this week.
