When I’m struggling or overwhelmed or feeling too much doubt, I try to pivot to a place of gratitude. Of course, when I’m worried, I forget to be grateful.
Let’s keep a reminder this week that we have people in our lives who love and support us. We can keep this intention by asking ourselves this question to begin our day: Who can I thank today?
With the question top of mind, we’ll interact with someone who we can thank for supporting us. We create a win-win-win. We give thanks, other another receives our gratitude, and then we remember that we’ve already received.
