The healthy habit may be fruit as an afternoon snack, a longer walk after dinner, a few moments every day spent in relaxation. When we ask the same question every day, we give ourselves flexibility as to which healthy habit will fit into a moment today. Perhaps the walk after dinner can’t happen but the fruit in the afternoon can. We can create a list of healthy habits from which we can choose every day.
