I regularly remember the decisions I made in one moment that turned out to be good ones. I now think of those as game changers.
I decided to start stretching every morning in January 2024. My body feels so much better because of that daily routine. I make choices about the company I keep and now enjoy the company I keep.
In one moment, we can give ourselves a different day which can then become a different life.

Actions
Choices
Completing
Decisions, including not to take an action
Delegating
Enjoying
Expressing
Letting go
Letting in
Starting
We can remind ourselves that we can give ourselves game changers by beginning our day with this question: “What’s today’s game changer?”
