What’s the Plan for My Worry?
We can stay stuck in a worry. To move us into action, we can make a plan.
I remind myself regularly: Every worry needs a plan.
Rather than stay stuck in my worry, I move into an action with a plan. I may decide I need to communicate about my worry, or set a boundary for my worry or make a different decision.
This week, let’s set an intention to keep moving forward from our worries with this question:
What’s the plan for my worry?
