Often, we can feel that another (a person, a responsibility, a situation) dictates what consumes our time.
What if this week we decided to choose how we spend our time?
We can ask ourselves this question to start our day to remind ourselves we have options:
What’s on my menu?
We can decide what stays on the day’s menu, what moves to another day and what’s really meant to be on another’s menu. We can cull our menu to include the items that truly are ours to manage and complete. Sometimes, our menu gets too long because we add what’s not ours. If it doesn’t feed us, it may not be right for our menu.
What’s on your menu?
