What's Not for Me to Bear?
We decide we must endure a situation, relationship or challenge. What if we didn't have to?
This week, let’s take stock of our life, reviewing our responsibilities, relationships and situations.
As we take stock, let’s commit to releasing what isn’t for us to bear.
Perhaps you have a long-term friendship that you simply tolerate because you always have. What if you no longer had to bear a relationship which no longer serves you?
Maybe you have a routine which once worked but now just wears you out. What if you no longer had to bear a schedule that exhausts you?
You might have beliefs about your life and your place in your life that now seem to hold you back. What if you no longer had to bear beliefs that keep you in a place of suffering rather than enjoying peace of mind?
Let’s decide we no longer have to endure. We can give ourself permission by asking ourselves this question as we begin our day:
What’s not for me to bear?
What’s not for you to bear?
