I try to schedule in strength training during my weekly schedule. I realize I need to schedule more of these kind of well-being activities.
When it’s in the calendar, I’ve saved time for the workout or down time. Because I saved the time, I must as well use it for its intended purpose.
My well-being includes more than just workouts so I also want to schedule time with friends and family members and for events I enjoy attending.
We can remind ourselves to add our wellness into our day by asking ourselves this question as we begin our day: “What’s my well-being schedule for today?”
