Our stress and our worries can take over so much time in our day. This week, let’s be sure we enjoy time in our day. Let’s set the intention with this question: What’s my pleasant diversion?
After we take care of our worries with a plan or manage our stress with a strategy, we can then give ourselves a diversion like:
Spending time with good company
Taking time for a hobby
Using time to create (paint, write, photograph, garden)
Losing track of time in a day dream
Loving time spent in whatever entertains you
With a pleasant diversion to break up our day, we can receive a break from what drains us and enjoy time with what energizes us.
