I’m trying to be more active during my day so decided this week to add a walk in the park before I swim. It’s been so helpful to my spirit and my outlook to add that walk.
I think of it as going to my next level.
Let’s do more of that this week. Let’s challenge ourselves to go to our next level in our work, our creative outlets and our health. To remind ourselves that we can go to the next level, let’s begin our day with a simple question: “What’s my next level?”.
