I hosted a special event last week called A Soul Break, which helped us take a break through our mind’s eye. We didn’t get on a plane but we did enjoy a destination to a beautiful place through a meditation I offered. We took moments away so we could re-connect with our day with greater energy.
Let’s remember that we can get away without going away. We can close our eyes, take in deep breaths and visualize a beautiful place. The moment away relaxes and calms us, renewing our spirit so we can continue through our day.
