This week, let’s start our day with the question: What’s my choice today?
Our day can feel like it controls us. We have deadlines to meet, responsibilities to manage, tasks to complete. Living within so many “musts” may feel like we have no say in how our day unfolds.
Let’s give ourselves control with the question of choice. When we ask, “What’s my choice today?”, we remind ourselves that we do have choices. We can choose our perspective, words, attitude, timing, team. We can choose to delegate, to set our schedule, to ask for help, to respond with a request.
When we remind ourselves we have a choice, we can give ourselves room in our day.
What’s your choice?
