What's My Calming Project?
We often start projects in order to get organizing, make a change or create something.
It’s about doing and staying accountable to the doing. It’s about work.
What if we could give ourselves a project that helps us relax? We could call it our Calming Project.
Our Calming Project could happen when we need to let go of stress and let in a nurturing moment. A Calming Project could include steps we take when we want to connect to calm, like:

Take a Breath
Express a Need
Meet the Need
Enjoy the Moment
We can remind ourselves that we can commit to a project that takes care of us by asking ourselves this question to start the day: “What’s my calming project?”
