Our thoughts can break or make our day.
For some reason, my thoughts default to believing I’m losing. I’m losing time, opportunities, my way. When I believe I’m behind, I lose energy in my day.
These beliefs simply are not true. So, I’m setting an intention this week with this question: What will I remember today?
The question will help me pivot to remember the opportunities I’m currently enjoying, the wins I recently created and the abundant way I’m moving into my future. When I know I’m ahead, I create inspiration for my day.
We can remember that we have and are enough.
