We can measure our progress with a project, our improvements in our activity level, our ability to remain patient during a difficult conversation.
Let’s also decide to measure what’s helpful so we focus on what’s positive during our day. We can measure kindness, compassion and unexpected blessings. We can measure what we give and what we receive to add quality of life to our days.
Let’s decide to track what’s helpful during our days. We can set the intention by asking ourselves at the start of our day, What will I measure today?
