This past week, I really focused on savoring my meals and giving thanks for my food. In doing this, I’m taking time to enjoy.
This week, let’s set an intention to do just that — enjoy.
We can enjoy an opportunity to be with someone we love, to walk in nature, to sip our morning coffee. During the moments we enjoy, we can calm and comfort ourselves. We also give ourselves permission to be fully present in the gift of the moment. Life doesn’t pass us by. Rather, we receive and keep our life’s moments.
