I feel like I’m just powering through my day. The days, then, just feel like a blur.
I’d like to make sure each day means something.
This week, I’m going to remind myself that each day can include a good, kind act. I’ll remind myself to make that happen by asking myself this question to start my day: “What will be today’s good act?”
I’ll then post the day’s good act in the Three Positives space on CaringOurWay.com. (I post daily positives, which really helps me end the day on an upbeat note.)
