Sometimes, the day seems to control us. We can feel like the schedule, the tasks, the responsibilities dictate the day.
This week, let’s give ourselves the power to make a change to improve our day. We can begin our day with this question, “What positive change will I make today?”
When our mind looks for the positive change, we then take action with a change. We may see an opportunity to say “no” to what doesn’t work for us and then say it. We might see a possibility to take a few moments to rest and then actually take it. We could see the chance to delegate a task and then actually do it.
This week, we’re beginning our day with the question, “What positive change will I make today?”
What’s your change?
To take time each day to sit quietly and think with no topic planned out.
