What Do I Need to Recover?
Our day will give us setbacks. We can move past them with an intentional plan to recover.
Even on our best days, we experience a difficult moment, a tough encounter or a disappointing outcome. We tell ourselves to keep going. We definitely need to continue. We also need permission to take a few moments to recover so that we move forward in our best shape possible.
To remind ourselves we deserve a chance to recover, we can begin our days this week with this question: What do I need to recover?
