Throughout the day, I’m reminded I have a choice. I can choose to engage in the conversation, the experience and the idea.
I also can choose to simply ignore what’s not worth my time.
Choosing to ignore is often something I forget to do. But it’s often a valuable tool. When I choose to ignore, I don’t waste time with another who may simply want to get a rise out of me. When I choose to ignore, I spend my time in ways that matter to me.
Let’s remind ourselves that we can choose to ignore by asking this simple question to start our day:
What can I ignore today?
What (or who) will you ignore?

🙏What an excellent question!
Have you thought of compiling the Sunday Questions into a printed book? I look forward to reading them each week.
