This fall, I decided to cut back on my morning cups of coffee. Cutting back on caffeine seemed like a good idea for some time but it also felt completely impossible.
Until I decided I could. So I did.
I’m so glad for that decision. I so much feel better drinking less.
Let’s give ourselves permission to cut — cut back or cut out — so that we have room to feel better. We can remind ourselves by asking this question to start the day: “What can I cut?”
We could cut back on the amounts of sweets we eat or the time we spend on social media. We could cut out doubting our abilities and minimizing our good work.
