Let's change our default to look at the positives in our day.
I think we tend to believe we’re not doing enough, we’re always behind and we’re never making progress.
What if we made a different choice about what to believe?
What if we decided to believe that every day includes at least three positive actions, decisions and experiences for us?
Let’s do our best to celebrate three positives every day. We can remind ourselves to pivot from the negatives to the positives by asking ourselves this question to start our day: “What are my three positives today?”
