I believe we have at least one really important moment in every day.
Let’s be intentional about using that moment. We can remind ourselves by asking this question to begin our day: “How will I use my moment?”
Rather than racing through our day or operating on auto-pilot, we can be fully present in our day, ready for that pivotal moment, like:
The moment we really hear what another wants us to know.
The moment we see a relationship or situation or experience with clarity.
The moment we see all that’s possible for us.
The moment we feel connected to another experiencing a difficult time.
In those moments, we can be compassionate, kind, innovative, supportive, gracious, forgiving. In those moments, we can create a memory that will bring us peace and comfort for the rest of our lives.
How will you use your moment?
