Last week, we met for our monthly Soul Break during which we take time to heal what can hurt our soul.
During this meeting, we focused on managing the waits we experience during our day. We might wait to hear news, for an appointment, for an opportunity. Our wait can feel like wasted space full of stress and worries. Instead, we can consider strategies that take care of our waits so we feel better. (Watch our meeting via the video, below.)
