We have so many reasons to feel guilt.
We have just as many reasons to release our guilt. We do our best as often and as much as we can. We do what we can with the resources available to us, including when we really don’t have resources to access. We do what we can as we encounter unexpected challenge after unexpected challenge.
Our guilt wastes our time during a time when we need all the time we can get.
This week, let’s commit to moving from guilt to taking action like:
making a request
delegating a task
taking a break for a moment
drinking water and having a snack
Taking a simple step moves us away from our guilt and into a better place.
To remind ourselves that we can release our guilt, let’s start our day with this question:
How will I end my guilt trip?
