How Will I Be Well Today?
We can choose an activity, a food, a habit, a thought and an intention.
I read an interview on Friday with James P. Owen, who found his wellness when he turned 70.
His interview reminded me that we can choose a wellness activity every day. We can remember our choice by setting our question intention each morning. We can ask ourselves:
How will I be well today?
The question will move us to find an answer. We could choose time to exercise, a salad with our lunch, a few moments of relaxation, a flower bouquet to bring home or a bed time that gives us enough sleep. Each day, we can decide which options works for us.
