Last March, I finally got back into the routine of a daily walk. I started swimming laps in 2016 but concerns about COVID keep me from going to our indoor community pool. For me, walking seems like my best option.
In August, I committed to getting back to a 50-minute walk, which had been my daily habit until 2015. I also decided to add a bit of strength training by holding a plank and doing sit-ups once I returned home from the walk.
The question, “How far can I go today”?” has been so helpful in challenging myself to go as far as I can.
I also can use this question in my life. How far can I go in bringing my work to the world? How far can I go in making my goals my reality?
