I used to endure what I didn’t enjoy or what didn’t align with my goals and values. Recently, I decided to stop enduring.
With that decision, I can pivot to disconnecting. When a connection on social media no longer feels good, I can unfollow. When sometime brings me unnecessary drama, I can simply disengage.
I can disconnect.
This week, let’s remind ourselves we can disconnect. We can put aside our phone for a few moments. We can give ourselves a break from worries. We can stop trying to control what’s out of our control. We can ask ourselves at the start of our day: “How can I disconnect?”
How will you disconnect?
